De Lange & de Klerk Biokinetici can help you recover, condition and prepare for any fitness level you are currently at or want to go back to be it after an injury or by preventing you to getting unnecessary injuries.

Our group of personal trainers have been sourced to provide you a cost effective and professional service with a broad range of training programs and knowledge they have accumulated over 10 years and more.
Nutrition
The staff at Novel Health Café will help you with that first step of getting the energy to get your day going as well as the final step of recovering after a hard workout. We have a broad range of small meals, ready prepped meals and ready in minutes fresh and healthy smoothies, formulated with the use of Novel Nutrition’s high quality products and raw ingredients.
Gym routine
We want you to enjoy every moment with us and would like you to change the view you may have had of a gym, to feel welcome and rejuvenated every time you leave Novel Wellness Centre and excited to come back the following day…or maybe even the same day!
